One week into the Fall semester I have managed to meet with several candidates who are looking to win democrat-held seats in Southern Mississippi. One such candidate, Ron Swindall has released an ad that I believe to be one of the best I have seen from any of the candidates here locally or statewide. http://www.voteswindall.com/

I have been able to be in touch with some great folks in the Mississippi State CR Federation. Kelley Rooney, Kyle Williams and Jefferey Runnels have really been incredible to work with and have gone out of their way to make this transition as smooth as I could have hoped for. They have helped me navigate my way through the ins and outs of Mississippi politics and have been great tour guides along the way.

I have had the opportunity to work with several different campuses already and when it is all said and done I will plan to start or develop chapters at at least 7 campuses here in Southern Mississippi. Once September rolls around we will get heavily invested into turning out volunteers for campaigns, but for now it is important to have strong CR infastructures to draw from! In November, our eventual goal is to flip the state house back to red and have an entire state legislature and governorship held by Republicans!
